REFUND POLICY

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact support@noctemresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
UNOPENED PRODUCTS
Unopened, sealed products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Temperature-sensitive products (peptides, injectables) are NOT eligible for return due to cold chain integrity requirements.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Pre-order items may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
PROMO CODE ORDERS
Refund amounts are calculated based on the actual price paid after discount, not the original listed price.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
NON-REFUNDABLE
The following are not eligible for refund: opened or unsealed products, products stored improperly after delivery, orders older than 30 days, and shipping fees on non-free-shipping orders.
