PROCESSING TIME
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Pre-order items ship when the batch is available — estimated timelines are noted on each product page.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
USPS Standard — $10.00 (3-5 business days). UPS Ground — $15.00 (2-4 business days). Free shipping on all orders over $150.
TRACKING
A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update.
PACKAGING
All orders ship in discreet, unbranded packaging. No product names, logos, or company branding on the exterior. Contents are listed generically on customs forms.
TEMPERATURE-SENSITIVE ITEMS
Peptides and other temperature-sensitive products are shipped with cold packs when ambient temperatures exceed 80°F. Upon delivery, refrigerate immediately. Noctem is not responsible for product degradation due to delayed pickup or improper storage after delivery.
SERVICE AREA
We currently ship within the continental United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. PO boxes are not accepted for temperature-sensitive orders.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Contact support@noctemresearch.com within 48 hours of expected delivery date with your order reference and photos of any damage. Replacement or refund issued at Noctem's discretion.
